To use Cleo you need to log into your Barclays internet banking account with a memorable word and passcode. Find details of how to get this setup below.

What’s my Barclays membership number?

Your Membership number was given to you when you set up online banking. Your Membership number is sent to the email you used to sign up. Do a search for Barclays Membership number in your inbox and you may find it there.

If you still can't find it, you can retrieve it online by clicking here and following the steps. You'll be asked a few security questions, and your Membership number will then be displayed on screen.

How do I change my Barclays login preferences?

You can change your login preference by logging into your Barclays internet banking. Clicking on the top right dropdown and selecting "Change log-in preference." You then select "5-digit passcode and memorable word." If you have any problems please get in touch with our support team.

What are my passcode and memorable word?

If you cannot remember your passcode and memorable word and need to reset them, log into your online banking and click the dropdown on the top right.
