Your Customer Number, given to you when you signed up for Online Banking is your date of birth (ddmmyy) followed by your unique number which identifies you to the bank. So for example if your date of birth is 9th March 1967 then your customer number would start 090367 followed by up to 4 numbers.
If you can't recall your Customer Number, you can find it within the 'More' menu of your Mobile app under 'My customer number'.
Your PIN is the four digit number chosen by you when you registered for Online Banking or Telephone Banking. It may be a different number from the PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you use at cash machines.
Your password is the one you chose when you registered for Online Banking or Telephone Banking. It has between six and twenty characters, and may contain both letters and numbers.

No problem, If you still can't recall your Customer Number or PIN and/or password, you will be able to regain access to the service by answering a few simple questions and you may be able to use the service immediately. If you use the mobile app you can find your Customer Number within the 'More' menu of your Mobile app under 'My Customer Number'. Click to re-activate your Natwest Online Banking.
